GameObjects

GameObjects are the fundamental entities in Unity. Every object in your scene — players, enemies, cameras, lights, UI elements — is a GameObject. On its own, a GameObject is just a container with a name, a tag, a layer, and a Transform component. You give it behavior by attaching components.
